I wanted a more organic solution instead of the WHEY PROTEIN you see in the stores that has all kinds of additives.

I moved to a more organic diet with almost no red meat. I mix this into my baking; mix it into after workout protein shakes. In hindsight I would have preferred a large bag like this mixed in with vanilla (at the same great price) to taste better, but with this one i can mix into my baking without affecting the taste.

This doesn't mix as easily with water like most of the WHEY at retail boxes that has lots of additives. I suggest mixing the whey in with water evenly before adding in other items.

This product is not very well described or classified. Most whey proteins are exclusively protein. This powder has 51 grams of carbs and 34 grams of protein. A ratio of 1.46. Milk, on the other hand, has a ratio of 1.63. Most protein powders that are advertised the way this one is, have ratios close to 0. In that sense, I believe this product is dishonestly advertised. I will be seeking a refund now that I understand what I purchased.
