Which version?! Gee, I think you need to be an IT expert to even choose which Windows 7 software to get!
So does anyone know the difference between these two?

One is half the price of the other. So why get the more expensive one?

Thanks

According to a review I saw on here, the system builder version "locks" itself to a particular motherboard, meaning if you upgrade your motherboard or your computer, you have to buy a new copy of windows.

The retail version can still only be installed on one system at a time; however, if you upgrade the motherboard or buy another computer, you can transfer the licence.
