We used this book as a discussion starter for a group at my church.
Over two Saturdays we looked at the thoughts shared in the book and then shared our own experiences. People had the book in advance of these gatherings to read it if they chose. Response to the book and discussion by the group were both very good. I would recommend this book to others.

Ms. Redding really makes the characters come alive. This book has increased my understand of the connection of these various people in the bible. The narrative is very interesting and easy to read. I found the some of the REFLECT questions difficult and not relevant for me but found the REST and PRAYER BREATH sections very meaningful.
