The story jumps from the present to the past but it is done in a way that does not confuse the reader. You will be glued to the pages as you try to figure out what exactly happened to Ebony on the night when things went way too far. This story is full of heart-stopping twists, drama, erotic sex, and murder. Whip Appeal is an engrossing read that will have you eagerly waiting for a sequel.

I usually do well when choosing a good book to read. Not this time, this book is horrible! I downloaded a sample to my Kindle, the sample is not always enough to determine if the book is good. But, I purchased it because I thought she was a good author. Well, don't waste your time or money! This book is not worth the ink it's printed with, or paper it's printed on. Fortunately, Amazon was gracious enough to give me a refund! I'm so pissed about this book it's hard to even write a review, I want to start cussing! Please don't waste your money on this one! UGH!!!!!

Whip Appeal could be descibed so many ways: love, sex, mystery, getting money and getting more money. It also comes to show you that who you think are your friends are NOT! And people are not who you think they are or are they? This book is full of twists and turns and you will be off the edge of your seat, because Miss Ebony is a bad bi%#h!

Meta Smith rocks, you could only love her or hate her! And I chose to love her and I'll pay good money to read her her books!

The way I would describe this story is: Sex, love, mystery, money, getting money and getting more money!

Miss Ebony is a bad bitch and this story--well call we say dramatic but in a different sassy kind of way . . . I can tell you once you get a hold of Whip Appeal you will be off the edge of your seat on a roller costar!!!

Meta Smith did it again, and you could only love her or hate her. And I choose to love her and will pay good money to get a hold of her books!

This book was great. I can't wait for part 2. I loved all the twists and turns.

I hated this book so much I requested a refund and got it. Don't be fooled by the hype, this book is so boring! It doesn't deserve the one star I gave it.

This book was really really good. It wasn't what I was expecting at all! I won't give up what happens but I gotta say this girl Ebony was so scandalous! I didn't know whether to love her or hate her! This book had everything, love, sex, mystery, getting money. I love Meta Smith, she is my absolute favorite author and I can't wait until the sequel. Because there has got to be a sequel! She can't leave us hanging like this! You've got to get this book! It's urban fiction at it's best, very dramatic but very sophisticated. If you don't like this book, you have no taste in books!
