Short and sweet after 8 months of use: Impressively quiet, cleans very well, very energy efficient although it runs much longer than an older GE model. No need to clean off caked on food before putting dishes in the wash. This baby handles your toughest wash job with ease... especially pots and pans. It's a quiet work horse. Our old GE could be heard throughout the house. This one I can watch TV 10 feet away with no problem. Purchased at Lowes. If you are considering this model, you can't go wrong. I did purchase the 3 year warranty to stay on the safe side.

I received this dishwasher about six weeks ago...and I love it. The dishes are cleaned perfectly and it is quiet. I used Finish tablets and additive for sparkling glasses, and the glasses do sparkle...I have hard water and have always had spots previously.You can set the Finish rinse container to take into account the hardness of your water...mine is set at the factory level but I could change it. I spent twice the amount buying a dishwasher several years ago (not Whirlpool) and it never cleaned as promised and broke one month out of warranty. This dishwasher cleans well and is affordable. I am very pleased to recommend it.
