I installed the brand new dishwasher. I test ran it using the Rinse cycle. It filled properly then as soon as the rinse cyle started the water poured out of the bottom and flooded the kitchen. When I pulled the dishwasher out, the pump was laying on the floor. Upon closer inspection the pump appeared to have never been mounted.

The repair person looked at it and is ordering and entire pump assembly which will take a week to get. I am extremely disappointed. I lost a half day of work for something that should not have left the factory in the first place. I just hope that it works when the "repair" is complete.
