THIS IS GREAT, THE SMALL HOURS IS A FANTASTIC SONG AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST VERSION I'VE HEARD BUT DON'T BUY THIS SINGLE WHEN YOU CAN SPEND FOUR MORE BUCKS AND GET LIKE 3 OR FOUR MORE GREAT SONGS ON THE OTHER WHISKEY SINGLE. OK? GOOD. BUY THAT ONE.

Metallica doing Thin Lizzy? I guess that once the creative well runs dry, as Metallica's has during the 90s, then you have to turn to butchering other people's tunes to make you look like you still care about your roots. This is horrible, as is what used to be my favorite band. Pass this one up!!

At nearly forty six years of age, I glad to hear new music I can identify with. My wife is Irish and I hear a lot of Irish folk songs... This hi me hard and sent me running to the store to get it. A very powerful rendition.

This compact disk is the best out of the series. Whiskey in the Jar is an excelent song and even better live. The live version of Green Hell is very good too. If you buy one of these singles buy this one.

Not since the video, A Year and a Half in the Life of Metallica has the fans seen such great video of the band at work. The special video for your computer runs just under a thirty mins. It contains shots of the band laying down tracks, mixing & mastering of Garage Inc., photo shoots & much more.

This a great single, no matter which part of it you buy. It features a cover of classic that was covered but Thin Lizzy, which of course is Whiskey In The Jar. There's also some great live tracks from the Roseland Ballroom from 98. Pricey now, but a nice collectible.

As a lover of Irish music, I find Metallica's cover of Whiskey in the Jar to be wonderful and refreshing. It's nice to see the music of my culture crossing over into Rock and Metal!
