Whisper Wear pump rocks! I honestly don't know how other women get anything done using traditional pumps, either electric or manual. I have to pump every 3 hours, and with Whisper Wear I can also cook, clean, take care of my 3 year old, or do whatever else I need to do at the same time. It is a time saver and huge convenience. I probably would not use it in public though, as it does make some noise, however if I had no other choice, it would be possible, as it is invisible under clothes.
LOVE THIS PUMP! :) If you are considering which one to get, this one is worth the investment.
