Sol faces his inner demons,
By Bob the builder "Tom" (The moon) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Whispers in the Graveyard (New Windmill) (Hardcover)
The book Whispers In The Graveyard is written by Theresa Breslin. This book is full of suspense and gripping to the last page. The main character, Sol, is a boy who faces many problems in life and finds salvation in an old 'Kirkyard' (graveyard). When supernatural forces are unleashed, Sol is forced to confront his demons. The book is very thrilling and makes you want to read on. I personnally think that the major themes are alcoholism, dyslexia and strong supernaturalism. I think this book is suitable for people over 15 years of age only, otherwise you might end up hurling yourself off the top of the stairs in frustation due to the confusing plot of the book. This is only a good read if you are boring and have nothing else to do with your time.
