Designed to fit into your dashboard and appear as an integral part of your vehicle, the Fuzion comes with all the hardware and other accessories you need for installation of the radar receiver, laser receiver, and control panel. With the Fuzion, you will have 360-degree protection from a full range of detection signals, including X, K, Ka, and safety band radar, as well as laser and VG-2 detector detection. In addition, the Fuzion is specially equipped to detect the rapid bursts of POP mode radar, which last less that 1/15 of a second and are undetectable by non-POP-equipped detectors.

The Fuzion gives you a calm blue-background LCD text display that also includes outside temperature and battery voltage. And for your added convenience, the Fuzion is also ready-to-use with the optional Real Voice Module for voice alerts. And to limit false alerts, the Fuzion gives you a choice of three different detection modes, letting you avoid the annoyance of repeated automatic door opener and burglar alarm warnings when you're driving in the city, but letting you know if signal strength becomes strong.

After years of radar detectors stuck to the windshield the Whistler Fuzion makes for really neat and clean installation. I have found it to be user friendly and more sensative than tradition "windsheild" mounted detectors. Installation is straight forward however, I would not recommend someone attempt this that is not comfortable with vehicle work. On a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being stick it to the windsheild and plug it in & 5 being removing engine) this would be a 2.
