I had purchased this for a bridesmaid who is allergic to sterling silver. When it came in the mail, I was a bit disappointed. The chain was very thin; it felt like the links might break at the slightest tug. The pearl was too big for the daintiness of the chain. Plus, the pearl didn't look "real". The necklace looked more like a piece of costume jewelry than something more sophisticated, as I had hoped.

My only complaint was that the chain was fairly thin. The pearl was very nice and matched the earrings that are sold seperate.
