I received this pendant within only a few days of ordering it, and it really is beautiful. The quality and workmanship are very nice, and it has a good weight. The chain is sturdy but pretty. Although the pendant is fairly dainty, it is still very striking--just a nice eye-catcher! The starfish is rather unique, and when I saw it previously I knew my daughter would like it (even though she is very picky); she loves it! It was so pretty I decided to get one for myself, but I returned mine after I decided that this type of pendant is for younger women. Just my opinion... (However, I think that if the pendant had been a true star-shape rather than a starfish, I probably would have kept it.) Highly recommended! I returned the pendant with no problem and was issued a prompt refund by Amazon.

I am very pleased with this necklace. The starfish (very much enlarged in the photograph) is dainty but large enough to be recognizable as a starfish from a few feet away. The photograph accurately captures the design of the necklace. The diamonds sparkle a bit but not a lot (each stone is quite small). The chain, however, is very fine, with a standard ring clasp, and seems flimsy to me. I would swap it for another chain if I had one.
