I loved making the cards in this book. The church in the woods turned out beautiful As well as the santa sleigh. But i own other books from the same author. Not for any beginner. The cuts are really small and you have to be precise with the cuts and folds. This is the most affordable pop up book you can find buy these Authors Mashiro Chatani and Keiko Nakazawa. You should definatly purchase this book before purchasing the rarer and more expensive books from these same authors.

This book has six 90 degree cards and fourteen 180 degree cards. Most of the cards are by Keiko Nakazawa and are called "New 180 Degree". These 180 degree possibilities are new and exciting and the reason why I give this book four stars. A lot of the work of Masahiro Chatani is of buildings and is of the folding out 90 degree type. Here are Nativity, Shepherd, Wreath, Poinsettia, Trees, Angels, etc, all beautiful cards that lie out flat. There are also two pre-cut and perforated cards for instant use.

One should think that over one month time after purchase of an item that has to be sent only from the USA to Europe should be suffiecient for the item to arrive in the mail. Well it didn't and I rather believe we have been framed...
