After a pair of new crowns, my original whitening trays no longer fit correctly. My new dentist didn't seem interested in making me new trays so I tried this approach. Making the impressions was fairly simple though I did us the handy extra material to redo my first try. The on-line instructions for making the impressions were ok but there were no instructions on labelling or packaging the impressions to send them to have the new trays made. I marked them about as thoroughly as I could and sent them in the prepaid addressed box. After some time and some concern that I wasn't going to get the finished trays they arrived and they were a perfect fit.
