When we ordered this item we could not believe how low the price was. we have been looking for this ring for a while and everywhere else the prices were way beyond our means. Not only the ring was a perfect fit, it looks classy and nobody could ever guess it is not expensive although, still good quality white gold. Great buy

I bought it for my dad. it looks and fits great. modern look, yet comfortable and not radical, looks great on my 53 year old dad. makes him look younger but not immature. very proper design/finish.

This is my husband's wedding band. I think the 5mm is a perfect size for him (he's an average size kind of guy). I've seen some of the wider and narrower bands on him and they just don't look right. He says the comfort fit is the only way to go and it makes a world of difference. (Especially good for guys since most aren't used to wearing rings anyway). The ring came fast and really shiny. It's been about a year now since our wedding and the ring has lost some of its shine and has some scratches now. This is what happens to gold, especially white gold. Eventually, we'll probably get it dipped again. For the price, you really can't go wrong!

We recently bought this ring as my soon-to-be-husband's wedding band. It was slightly large (even though we knew his ring size by going to a professional jeweler) and Amazon wouldn't replace it because they said the error was ours, not theirs. We took it to the same jeweler who was able to resize it so now it fits perfectly. Overall it looks excellent and it was a great value.

He loves this ring. Super comfy and really nice. This was such a great deal. I highly suggest!

The ring was shipped on time but the problem was the size. it was actually larger than what we intended. it scratches very easily and he does try his best to not do anything too much with it but it still left scratch marks. gets dirty very easily so we often clean it a lot. by the end of the second week, we realized that we needed to get it redipped. =( wish it was a little more cheaper if we knew the small troubles of just trying to get a simple ring.

I called Benchmark's customer line (215-345-0555 Ext 1) and spoke to a rep who registered my ring over the phone. I provided the item details and purchase date, amount, and she issued a Lifetime Guarantee number, and emailed me the details.

So- if you are purchasing this ring, and it arrives as a Benchmark Ring, BE SURE that you call them within 30 days of purchase so that you can register your ring directly with them!

I'm very happy that Benchmark themselves is standing behind their product. It's interesting that Amazon.com does not advertise about this, and even claims that it is NOT covered under the manufacturer's guarantees!

The Benchmark ring really deserves 5 stars- a great looking ring. a good weight. and great shine..and a great price! And Benchmark stands behind their rings...lifetime guarantee.

A great looking ring by a great ring maker, but beware that Amazon.com does not provide ANY warranty for the ring- they do not even honor the manufacturer's Lifetime Guarantee!

This ring is sold here as a 'generic' Amazon.com collection ring, but as a few other reviewers have mentioned, you will (or could) receive a Benchmark Ring. This company is a reputable US ring maker that sells wedding bands, engagement rings, etc.

A few months ago, we bought a Benchmark ring from a local jewelry shop in our city, and it came with a Lifetime Guarantee card that had to be registered with Benchmark. Their guarantee covers resizing and refinishing for the lifetime of the ring. This was a perk, for sure.

So when I saw that these rings were Benchmark too (and for a fraction of the cost), I jumped on this. I called Benchmark before ordering, and they verified that Amazon.com is an authorized reseller and that the ring would be covered so long as I register it within 30 days of purchase.

The ring arrived today, but came alone in a little blue box. No registration card, and no serial number or anything. The ring cannot be registered online without the registration card number.

I called Amazon's Jewelry department, and they explained that Amazon jewelry is not covered under ANY warranty, by amazon or the manufacturer. They buy the rings from various manufacturers WITHOUT the guarantee card & number, and that is seemingly how they provide them to us at such a low cost.

So if you are planning to purchase this ring, just be aware that it is NOT covered by Benchmark Rings' typical "Lifetime Guarantee".

I am going to contact Benchmark directly again, and I will update this review if Benchmark is able to offer any information or support.

We were looking for an affordable Benchmark brand ring to replace my husband's lost wedding band. Finally we gave up on getting a good deal, knowing the price of gold had increased, as we only found Benchmark rings for between $500 and $600. We settled on getting this "generic" comfort fit 14K band on Amazon for around $200 and figured we could return it no prob -- my husband was a little disappointed not to have the exact ring he'd had before -- imagine our surprise and delight when we pulled out the ring from Amazon and it was stamped "Benchmark" on the inside! These rings have lifetime warranties and are usually much pricier if sold under their brand name! If you are neurotic enough (like me) to read all the customer reviews and you read this, please reward your thoroughness by snatching up this deal! You will not regret it.

The ring was sent to us on time. It looks very classy and is comfortable. I would recommend this ring to anyone who is on a budget and looking for a quality ring.

I purchased a ring using the ring sizing information at this site. The ring was much too large and I only had it on my finger for about 30 seconds and then returned it for a smaller size. When they received the ring they claimed it was scratched and wouldn't accept the return.
