5.0 out of 5 stars Rad F%#kin Mountain Biking Movie!!, February 20, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: White Knuckle Presents: New World Disorder (DVD)
This is the kind of Mountain Biking movie that really gets you pumped to ride. 50 foot drop offs, cliff jumper's, super downhill. You name it, it's in this movie. I gave it 5 stars because it came through with action, a heavy soundtrack, and great filming. This movie keeps the tradition of killer flicks like the "Kranked" trilogy alive and kicking. I hope we see more like this one.

5.0 out of 5 stars NWD; absolutely amazing, June 1, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: White Knuckle Presents: New World Disorder (DVD)
This is an incredible movie. From the start you know you are in for a spectacular ride. It starts of with Bender's crazy antics. For those of you who are not familiar with Josh Bender, he is the guy who jump a 40-foot cliff at a NORBA event at Mammoth and knocked himself out on impact. The dude is crazy! The movie only gets better when you actually go along for a ride on some "Chutes and Ladder" type trails in the Pacific NW. Then you have the crazy unicyclists. He does some amazing stuff. Bottom line-get this movie, you won't be disappointed.

4.0 out of 5 stars Adrenaline filled "Not Just A Mountain Bike" Film, May 21, 2007

This review is from: White Knuckle Presents: New World Disorder (DVD)
The movie was awesome, this and The Collective are my two favorite mountain bike movies. The Collective is the calm and beautiful, and NWD is the fun and exciting.

It features awesome music from the Lunanettes, Gluecifer, and more, including a great song from a band that you can't seem to find anywhere, Upper Class Racket.

Mountain biking wise, everything is covered, from XC like freeride down hills, to downhill racing, to dirt jumping, a small segment of trials riding, lots of general freeride, and a massive wheelie section featuring 65 mph+ wheelies and stoppies.

It features even more though, world famous unicyclist Kris Holm is featured in an amazing segment, doing city trials and muni. There's a few mountainboarders doing some downhill riding as well as dirt jumping, there's some offroad wheelchairing, and more. The whole film is one awesome adrenaline ride.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must own for the collection, November 24, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: White Knuckle Presents: New World Disorder (DVD)
Let me start by saying that this is definitely a must own for your vid collection. There are some slow parts as there were in "NWD2: Fat Tire Fury", but it's still a wicked movie. And Bender actually lands like 2 drops!

Approx. 30 min of total insanity! Watch Bobby Root's high speed wheelies, Bender dropping 55 ft. or Kris Holm riding a northshore trail on a unicycle!!!
There's only one movie better than New World Disorder - New World Disorder Part II. Leeeez go for a ride!!! And: Support your local freerider!

5.0 out of 5 stars AWESOME, September 1, 2001
By A Customer
After I watched this movie all I wanted to do was ride my bike. Although it's a little short (about 35 mins.) it has everything on it...Bender doing his big drops, downhill racing, wheelies at 70 mph, and a lot more. Buy this flick...you'll love it!
