Purchased this for my father-in-law. The art is beautiful and the facts printed on the perimeter are informative and engaging. (It made me want to buy a copy for myself). My father-in-law was very pleased with it and is looking forward to puzzling over it as he winters in Florida.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed putting together this puzzle. The painting is well done, and not pasted or photoshopped together like some puzzles art is.
The puzzle was slightly easier than other puzzles of this size due to the white border and bird name labels.
We really enjoyed having lots of birds to assemble and piecing together which beak or eye or wing went with which. Also, afterwards we could pick a bird from the border then try to find it in the middle area, or pick a bird from the middle and try to identify it.
My only wish is that the puzzle would have said whose backyard this is supposed to be; we don't get all these birds where I live, and possibly no one backyard would see them all.

I sent it to my 80-year-old father, who is a birdwatcher. During the winter months he is mostly housebound so needs things to do. He was amazed at the beautiful bird drawings and they've already set it up and invite visitors to place a few pieces when they come over!

I loved the band of birds around the edges. Made this a very fun puzzle to do. Great colors. really fun puzzle. One of my favorites.

I bought this for my parents who love jigsaw puzzles. They do so many that they have a hard time finding ones that they haven't already done.
Amazon seems to have a pretty decent selection so I came here to buy this one.
They really liked it. I'll be sure to buy more from here.

As a lifelong birdwatcher and jigsaw puzzle freak, I couldn't resist picking this puzzle up at a local store. The white border made it easy to get started. Altogether it took the hubby and I a few days to finish this one up working at it off and on. He is still working on catching up with me in bird watching so we also enjoyed sharing the facts and whether or not he or I had ever sighted the birds as we worked on them. I think this would be a wonderful puzzle to share for an older birdwatcher with children and grandchildren who are interested in birding. We enjoyed this so much we purchased the only similar puzzle available at the store - the one with the fish. Now that I finally have Amazon prime, I'm ordering the rest of the similar puzzles from this company :D

This was a fun puzzle to put together. The pieces were interesting and could be placed by shape and picture. It is not the usual cookie cutter 1000 piece puzzle where every piece looks the same. I look forward to my next White Mountain puzzle.

We had all ages working these puzzles. I purchased 3 to enjoy over summer. We had all three done in one week! Large pieces with unique shapes kept everyones interest. We just ordered three more.

We bought this for our 11 year old son for Christmas. He adores birds, and he's always loved puzzles. We thought with the white border, it would be a little easier than some. Boy were we wrong! This was quite challenging. All the beaks look alike! And where did that purple feather come from? lol But it really is a beautiful puzzle, and we learned some birds in the process. It took the full 10 days of Christmas vacation, but we finally managed it. I still haven't taken it apart. I really wish we had put it together on a large piece of cardboard or something. I have no idea how I'm going to pick this up intact.
