This is a sensational jigsaw puzzle. It's absolutely gorgeous -- beautifully printed, with all the colors that butterflies show off. It's high quality, too, which I have come to expect from White Mountain. Only thing is that it's one of the more difficult puzzles I've found in the 1,000-piece range. And this isn't even one of the "expert" puzzles or the "impossible" puzzles that a couple of companies put out. I am NOT a genius -- I'm an early 50s-type gal who does puzzles to make new neural pathways so I won't have dementia when I get older -- so I'm sure there are those for whom this puzzle would be a breeze. In that case (well, in all cases), enjoy!

This is a beautiful puzzle and looks great framed and hanging on the wall. Science lovers will appreciate it. The common names of the butterflies along with the names of their known territory are included with each detailed image.

while I believe that the puzzle is beautiful and fun to put together, it was very frustrating to take it on vacation, start putting it together in hopes of framing it upon completion - only to find that it was cut wrong along the side edges. I am very disappointed. I would actually give it 0 stars if you intend to frame it.
