The items was just as pictured on Amazon, but it was entirely too small for an adults head. I even adjusted it, it gave me a migraine so I really just wasted my money but it was as pictured.

FYI this hat is from oriental trading company. It was such a piece of crap. My Mom had breast cancer so I bought it for my Dad for Christmas. I was shocked when I looked at the quality. Please don't waste your time. Should be sold at the 99 cent store!
