An ok item I suppose...,

The product is advertised as being "Speedchucks", however, they are NOT! Speedchucks,(also known as Pro-Chucks), have a much shorter chain/rope to accomplish tricks and exercises utilizing speed. For these to be speedchucks, they'd have to be 2 to 3 links shorter; so I was dissapointed in that aspect. The product is simply your average "Practice Nunchucks". As being so, they are a decent item. The one big problem falls in the ballbearings of the mechanism. After about 2 weeks worth of usage, the ballbearings seem to stiffen up a bit, throwing off the smoother flow of when I first got them. I would assume a little WD-40 or lube would clear that up, but I haven't tried that resolution yet. Though stiffened, I still continue to use them in my excersises.
Overall, this item is truly a "get what you pay for" product. |
