I'm using this mount for a home theater setup in a multi-purpose room in the basement. I like the low profile of this mount because I didn't want the projector to hang too low from the 9 foot ceiling to where it would be an eye sore. Since it is white, it blends well against the white ceiling and with my mostly white Epson 6100UB projector. I was able to easily install the mount on the ceiling using the 2 supplied screws. Attaching the projector to the mount was also easy. It can tilt and roll vertically, but I was able to make some adjustments to the way the projector attaches on to the mount's spider legs to get a little horizontal shift. This combined with the projector's lens shift allowed me to place the mount off center on the available ceiling I-beam. The mount can also rotate and removing the projector from the mount for maintenance is easy.

I recently purchased an Epson 6500UB projector and its size and weight were far too formidable for my Mustang universal projector mount. I did some research, and with some trepidation I purchased this Peerless mount. I could not be happier! All metal construction, beautifully tooled, easy to balance and install, precise to adjust (and holds its adjustments,) and VERY easy to pop the projector of and off the mount. It even looks good. It is worth every penny.

We got this mount for our Panasonic PT-AX200U Home Theatre projector. My husband had it installed in no time and it is very sturdy. We especially liked that it came in white which matched both our projector and our ceiling, making it much less visually obtrusive.

Used for an EPSON beamer ceiling mounting. Excellent quality and very easy to install. Top class product highly recommended !

I have been getting incredible bargains on various home theater components, many from Amazon or companies related to them. I bought an Epson Home Theater 8350 projector at a nice discount and when it came time to select a ceiling mount this is the one item I paid a few bucks more for. You can find ones a bit cheaper but not as good. This is not a part you want to go cheap on. And the price difference is only around 30 bucks vs other mounts. It is most certainly worth that extra money. It came packaged well of course. It is made of high quality materials and nuts and bolts are all separated nicely in sealed bags. The part that attaches to the projector seems like it could easily fit a wide variety of projectors with mounting holes at about any distance apart and location. Certainly worked fine for my projector. The legs on this mount that attach to the projector can extend much longer or shorter than my projector for example and the legs being on a circular track mean they can slide to make the mounting holes match any projectors no matter what the configuration. There are two parts, the one that attaches to the projector and the one that mounts to the ceiling. Both high quality. Also while they are locked in place securely using a well machined connection with a easy to use by hand large set screw to make sure it stays secure. But should one want to take the projector down the two parts separate easily and quickly to one can serving the projector etc. Even the white color is nice as it matches the projector and the ceiling paint color, unlike a metal color mount may have. I have no disappointments in this product at all and I did read about other mounts which some did have trouble with their fitting particular projectors. I don't think you will be disappointed if you get this mount. The adjusters knobs for the different tilts are also well made and easy to use. Could find nothing negative about this yet. It is very well designed and very high quality with good features and looks great to boot. It IS worth paying more for. If you order one when you look at the parts and things like the mount between projector half and wall mount half you will soon notice in person the quality that can not be described in words alone.

Great sturdy mount. I bought this to get minimum distance from the ceiling and it is like promised. Adjustment controls are highly precise and very easy to you. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great overhead projector mount.

Mount is nice and compact. Easy to install. It does not seem to hold it's position vertically. No matter how tight the set screws are, it seems to sag.

It was super easy to install my projector with this mount. There should be no problem with bolting it to any projector regardless of the mounting bolt layout. The adjustment controls work great.

After using this companies screen mount products for business projects I thought that I would try their projects mounts for home. The quality was far beyond what I was expecting, and the inclusion of multiple screw sizes to accommodate different projector sizes was a plus that is sure to negate a lot frustration for users like myself who want to get their systems up a.s.a.p. without running to the hardware store for parts.

Also I did not realize that my mounting area was not completely level. The tab adjustments on the anchor points allowed me to compensate for this.

I combed the reviews on Amazon and elsewhere before buying this mount. I am the type of person that researches everything to the hilt before making a purchase. This mount isn't cheap compared to some others but the quality is very good. The Optoma HD20 doesn't budge with this mount and the horizontal and vertical adjustments are great. Also, I couldn't imagine this mount not fitting anything on the market considering the design. The mounting brackets adjust to every position imaginable. I highly recommend this mount, you won't be disappointed with this one.
