This beautiful ring is a romantic way to recognize an engagement, anniversary, or any other special occasion. The 14k white gold cathedral-style band is wide with shoulders that reach up to rest right below the diamond’s girdle. These two branches extend beyond the band’s diameter and each one holds three small round-cut diamonds in a channel setting. The gorgeous centerpiece princess-cut solitaire diamond is held securely in a 4-prong setting and has a 1/3 carat total weight. The entire band has a high polish finish and makes a regal statement when viewed from the side.
These are fine quality diamonds, with exceptional brilliance. The center diamond is near-colorless, with a minimum color rating of H, and appear white to the eye. The clarity rating of these diamonds is Sl1-2, meaning there are small inclusions that can be seen somewhat easily under 10x magnification. These inclusions are not visible to the unaided eye, however, and the diamonds appear clear in the mounting.
The cut, proportions, and symmetry of the diamonds--characteristics which determine their brilliance--are good to very good. Most to nearly all of the light that enters through the table, or top facet, of the diamond will reflect back out, creating the deep brightness, or brilliance, that gives diamonds their special allure. The table percentage for these diamonds, meaning the width of the table compared to the diamond’s total width, is 55-83%, and the depth percentage, or total height of the diamond compared to its total width, is 57-83%. Optimal table and depth percentages maximize a diamond’s ability to reflect and refract light, but they also require a great deal of the diamond to be cut away, leaving less carat weight. While the table and depth percentages here span a slightly broader range than those of higher quality diamonds, they still allow the diamond to handle the light beautifully, and they have the advantage of offering a beautiful balance of size and quality for the value.

I bought this ring not too long ago and proposed to my girlfriend. When I showed her the ring, she wept with happiness. It completely took her breath away. I am VERY pleased with the way it came out. It looks 100 times more briliant and shiny than it does in the picture. Excellant value too! I was kind of taking a leap of faith so to speek, by buying an engagement ring without seeing it in person first, but I am 100% happy with the result, and so is my Fiance! I would reccomend this ring to anyone.

My fiance bought this ring for me to honor our recent engagement, and I was blown away by the sheer brilliance of the center princess cut diamond. It far surpasses the specifications listed, as far as clarity and cut goes. My only complaint is that my fiance said that shipping was very slow, but definitely well worth the wait!
