The saltiest club soda ever--kind gross,

We purchased a Prime membership so we could get cat litter delivered. I had been hoping that I could also get seltzer delivered, as we go through about a bottle day. Yes, we should get that seltzer making kit and be done with it, but we're pretty sure someone has purchased that as a gift for our upcoming wedding. Sadly, there is no actual seltzer available that is Prime eligible (do you hear me, Amazon? You'll make a bundle off of us if you add some seltzer to the Prime ranks) so I tried out this 12-pack of club soda. It was kinda gross. It took us almost 3 weeks to go through it all. I know club soda usually has some sodium added--that's why it is different from seltzer, which is just carbonated water, potentially with added citric acid. This White Rock club soda, however, is way saltier than most of the ones I've tried before. It was almost like drinking brackish water. I will not be ordering this again. |
