These are fine quality diamonds, with exceptional brilliance. They are near-colorless, with a minimum color rating of I, and appear white to the eye. The clarity rating of these diamonds is Sl2, meaning there are small inclusions that can be seen somewhat easily under 10x magnification. These inclusions are not visible to the unaided eye, however, and the diamonds appear clear in the mounting.
The cut, proportions, and symmetry of the diamonds--characteristics which determine their brilliance--are good to very good. Most to nearly all of the light that enters through the table, or top facet, of the diamond will reflect back out, creating the deep brightness, or brilliance, that gives diamonds their special allure. While the table and depth percentages here span a slightly broader range than those of higher quality diamonds, they still allow the diamond to handle the light beautifully, and they have the advantage of offering a beautiful balance of size and quality for the value.
