Looks a little plain online but when we got this dress it was spectacular! Vibrant aqua/turquoise blue like the sea. Beautiful details and easy to dress doll, which made my daughter very happy!

My granddaughter loves the pink ballgown but I'm not sure which Barbie this gown was made to fit because the bust was too small for the Barbie my granddaughter wanted to put it on (perhaps a 1998 model that belonged to my now 21 year old daughter)so because we kept trying to stretch it to get the velcro back to connect part of the front seaming is coming undone. There is a small portion of velcro that holds the dress but we are constantly having to fix it back into place. Needless to say, I felt as if I paid a lot of money to purchase a gown advertised "made to fit the Barbie doll" and was greatly disappointed when it did not fit all Barbie dolls. A clarification is definitely needed as to which model Barbie the dress was actually made to fit.

The special little girl in our family collects Barbie dolls and loves to dress them in "princess" gowns. She has a collection of many white gowns, pink and mint green gowns. This pale blue gown was so lovely I just had to add it to her collection.

This is a wonderful doll dress. I bought it for my daughter's Cinderella ballerina doll so it would have another outfit. It is easy to put on (Velcro) and very high quality. I highly recommend this doll dress - you will not better quality elsewhere.
