A photographic history of White Star Line
Janette McCutcheon writes another well researched book (like for example that on the Queen Mary).A lot of mostly black and white photos show the history of the White Star Line from the beginning on. A must have for White Star Line- fans!

Doesn't Deliver The Great Cover
I was expecting to see the great liners of the White Star line prior the merger with the Cunard Line. The cover it's impressive with a picture of the White Star's 1920-30's flagship the RMS Majestic docking. Inside there a re many photo with captions and stories of the White Star fleet. Unfortunately most pictures are small and not much can be seen. It isn't a grand book...

I was expecting to see the great liners of the White Star line prior the merger with the Cunard Line.
