This game accurately captures the flare of Exalted warfare through the use of Charm cards and Events that really add alot of flavor to the game. As the title says, it's like Risk combined with Magic, and it also has a heafty dose of screw your buddy tossed in there. Nothing's quite as fun as allying with a friend against a few others, then unleashing a Rampaging Behemoth (Event card) on that ally.

The one drawback is that the Aspects (your "color" for the game) are not properly balanced. There's 3 who have good powers, 1 who has a great power, and 1 whose power is bad. Not aweful, but bad because it can be useful only in a very stringent set of circumstances. Other than that, it's a very solid game!
