Shelley Adams, who attended the famous École de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris, spent 15 years as a caterer to the film industry. She and her family are owners of the Whitewater Resort in the Canadian Rockies where, for the past decade, she has been the creative director and manager of the Fresh Tracks Café.
It's full of great recipes (I've tried several and LOVE them all) that are fresh, easy and yummy.
My wife heard about this book from friends in Canada and at the time we couldn't find a copy, they were sold out everywhere.
The pictures alone are wonderful, and the recipes themselves turn out both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.
