Hate to disagree with the previous review, but I've got the sore feet to prove it; they don't seem to carry these at WalMart or Target anymore, even though that's where I got my first one. Me, I like to hang delicates to dry; they seem to last much longer. These take up so much less room than those absurd ones that are like a carousel or upside-down umbrella. But I've popped into several monster discount stores over the last year, including Meijer, and can't find more. Turn to Amazon!

The hook doesn't quite fit over a standard closet rod. You can get it on and off, but it takes a little effort. I thought I'd like the way this one isn't solidly attached together, but found that it's easier to take things on and off with ones that are welded together into one rigid piece.

Not at all flimsy. I love how each segment is individually articulated so you can flip up the skirts on top to hang up freshly-laundered skirts on the lower rungs (without having to move everything around). Excellent space saver.

Have many skirts needing to be hung up, but did not have hangers that wouldn't cause creases. Came across multi-tier hangers in stores before, but the clamps were not very good. I turned to Amazon.com and came across these 4-tier folding skirt hangers, and took a chance. I am so pleased with these multiple skirt hangers. Now my skirts are all hung, and do not have any creases when I go to wear them. Very sturdy in design, and the clips that hold each skirt clamp very well, but do not damage the material. So glad I bought them, and will definitely purchase more as I need them!!! Highly recommend.

Good, solid construction. Not flimsy. I've found it easiest to hang most of my items of clothing, where I can see them, rather than put them in drawers where I forget that they're there. These are perfect for hanging slacks and jeans--much better than those bars you fold slacks over, which leave a horizontal wrinkle in your pants.

i got 4 of these, so i was able to make a lot of room in my closet. the nice thing is that i can organize my pants by color or style. i live in a small apartment with small closets, so this has made a big difference. just make sure there isn't a ton of junk at the bottom of your closet like i have!

These are great, simple, basic old school metal hangers. The only drawback with these is the clips will leave an "impression" on what ever you are hanging; so keep that in mind. For example; if you are hanging up pants by the bottom; especially a lighter weight material; it will leave "dents" from the clips.
