Bought it for a dorm room door. Door was too wide and hangers too filmsy. Sorry I spent the money.

no good, it is too small, it doesn't fit the bath towel, and poor quality.

This towel rack needs to be assembled when you receive it, which is fine. Unfortunately, the cap nuts that hold the towel rack together are very cheap and fell apart simply by tightening them by hand.

I just finished assembling my third over-the-door- rack. They go together so easily and are very nicely made. This item goes over the door and the door closes easily....finally a place to have guests put their towels. When I don't have guests, I will just store this in the closet. It's perfect! Every piece fit perfectly ....directions were simply photos (my favorite kind) and this really solves a problem.....where to put all those wet towels!!

This is the second one of these Whitmor over the door towell racks I've purchased. They work great in a small bath with no towel bars. They are well made and fit the space I have very well. They don't scratch the door because of the rubber feet and fit the top of the door without sliding. A very good product.

The product requires a bit of assembly. It's a little bit flimsy. It fits somewhat snugly over my bathroom door, but I know from experience that "over-the-door" products may or may not fit various different doors. There is also an option to mount it with included wall screws, if you prefer that.

The biggest flaw, in my opinion, is that the four towel bars are way too close together. Any towels you hang will overlap, hindering drying. Since I really only needed this product for one bath towel, and maybe one hand towel, it does the job well enough for me to be satisfied.

Easy to put together and holds several towels. I like that the towels are held several inches from the door so that they dry well.

This product is total garbage, all around.

Two nuts used to connect the towel bars broke in the process of tightening them. The paint is peeling off the metal. Even if the materials were good, the whole thing is designed very poorly - the indents for the towel bars are not properly stamped into the vertical supports, so the bars remain loose no matter what you do. The support hooks also cannot be securely attached. Do not waste your time or money.

I bought this item because I had recently moved into an apartment that was lacking towel racks. I knew what I wanted and found this item to be a pretty good deal. The "assembly" was really easy. The item is a bit on the "cheap" side, but it does what it needs to do. It holds our towels and matches the paint on the door (another reason I selected this item). Overall, I think it is a good item for the price. I would buy it again if I needed more over the door towel racks.

This item was easy to assemble, it functions as advertised but the door brackets had to be modified to fit my thicker door.
While the rack seems to function well the towel holder arms could be separated further apart to better accommodate large towels and face cloths. When fastening the top and bottom towel holder arms, DO NOT over tighten the "capped" nuts as the crown will pop off. This did happen to me once. I repaired the damage with good glue. One other down side - it is made in China.
