I cannot give this a lower rating than 1 star (because that's the lowest rating allowed). For all I know it's great, but I have not opened the package because I'm going to return it - I bought it with the expectation I would be able to watch it, as the Product Details claims it is NTSC format... however, it clearly says PAL on the back (see the image I uploaded).
