Little engine train is wonderful. Cars are heavier than expected but that is a good thing, they stay on track better. I had to switch the front and rear magnets of the engine so the train could hook up properly. (Wrong polarity?) Despite this error I think Whittle Shortline makes the best wooden trains out there.

My two year old loves the book and instantly recognized that train, and loves playing with it and all his other Brio trains.
