Arjuna's soothing voice spoke directly to my true, inner Being. This tape allowed me, for the first time, to experience the stillness and silence of the sacred Self. I've always had alot of trouble trying to quiet the chattering mind during meditation. Yet, Arjuna guided me to a place where I didn't need to TRY to still mental activity. I quickly attuned to a state of consciousness that allowed me to transcend the mind and merely witness it. I experienced the unchanging peace of who I am in my core. Pure bliss. Thankyou Arjuna!
