Whenever this song comes on the radio, I'm trying to figure who's singing it. I think that's because Jessica Andrews has a voice that's reminiscent of Martina McBride, which makes her sound instantly familiar. When I finally looked it up I was surprised to find an artist I'd never heard of. I wasn't brave enough to buy her whole album, but it looks like there a lot of very positive reviews. And apparently she's the one who sang I Will Be There For You for The Prince of Egypt soundtrack.
This song itself is very fun, upbeat, and honest. I'd definitely recommend getting it or maybe checking out the whole album. |
