About the Author

Ras Iddi Wuni Jnr was born in Bawku, to a retired teacher and magistrate (Teacher Iddi Wuni), and Madam Binta Osman, a housewife. He was educated at the following schools: Winamzua Junior Secondary, Bawku; Tamale Senior Secondary (Tamasco), Tamale; and Regional Maritime University, Accra, a branch of the World Maritime University, Malmo, Sweden where he studied Ports and Shipping Management. He has worked at the Bawku Circuit Tribunal as a court clerk from 1998 to 2001 and later at the Ghana Tourist Development Company Ltd. (GTDC) from 2001 to 2010, first as an administrative clerk and rose to the position of assistant business development officer. A position he held till his resignation. As a government nominee, he has served at the Bawku Urban Council as a member and also, as a Unit Committee member for South Natinga from 1998 to 2000. In 2011, he initiated a peace advocacy organization known as the Bawku Ambassadors for Peace (BAP), to advocate for peace in Bawku. He is the CEO and Founder of Sing Peace Africa (Sing-PA) and he currently lives in the USA.

Ras Iddi Wuni Jnr was born in Bawku where currently there is chieftaincy conflict between his tribe and another tribe for over a decade. He attended the Regional Maritime University where he studied Ports and Shipping Management.
He has worked at the Bawku Circuit Tribunal as a court clerk from1998 to 2001 and also the Ghana Tourist Development Company from 2002 to 2010 as an Administrative clerk and later as an Assistant Business Development Officer.
He has also served both as a unit committee member in his community and a member of the Bawku Urban council. He has founded a peace advocacy Non Governmental Organization known as Sing Peace Africa to do peace advocacy as well as women and children health education in conflict and deprive communities in Ghana.
