1.0 out of 5 stars Barry Chamish... loon in a religious suit
Who exactly is this Barry Chamish? Is he a gifted historian, or a typical nutjob? Well, to see for yourself, check him out on the web. You will find that good 'ol Barry is one of the head honchos when it comes to the UFO conspiracy that the Antichrist will come back with aliens in UFO's guiding him. 4.0 out of 5 stars Important book, December 18, 1998
By A Customer
Barry Chamish has performed an important serice in bringing this book to the public's attention. He makes a convincing case that the Israeli Leftist establishment, through its control of the politically biased Jewish section of the General Security Service, found a person with extreme views on Yitzhak Rabin and the Oslo Agreements and give him the motivation, means and opportunity to carry out the assassination in order to create sympathy for the unpopular agreements and the then ruling Labor Party. The book is flawed in that the author makes too far-reaching conclusions regarding the actual murder, which may be true, but are based on inadequate evidence. Also, too much is made of conflicting testimony of various witnesses because it is well known that any rapidly occurring incident is perceived in different ways by different witnesses. I also think that it is not necessary to look to foreign intrigues to explain the motivation of those who were behind the conspiracy. Still, the book is an important effort to break the conspiracy of silence by the Israeli Left's Bolshevik-like control of the Media, State Prosecutor's office, etc. The bottom line is that Yitzhak Rabin z''l was a victim of a program carried out by his own office which was in direct control of the General Security Services

5.0 out of 5 stars Little known facts about the Rabin murder are revealed, April 10, 1999
By A Customer
This book is a must for any serious student of the Middle East peace process and the history of Israel. Chamish reveals how the official story behind the Rabin murder cannot be true, and that, contrary to popular belief, Rabin was probably killed by people who were interested in promoting the peace process rather than stopping it.

Chamish offers some theories on what may have transpired behind the scenes. When you read the book, remember that the purpose of these theories are (probably not) to give 100% correct answers to everything that transpired, but to give you an idea of what MAY have happened. The book will raise more questions than it answers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Eye opener for the politically concerned but naive. Wow!!!, December 28, 1998
The night of the Rabin Assasination, disjointed factoids that appeared in all of the media led me immediately to conclude that the character assassination of the then accused murderer and the left's political machine smear of both the rightwing and the observant sector of the nation smelled of conspiracy and collaboration at the highest levels. Barry Chamish finds the loose ends, inconsistencies, contradictory testimony and evidence that abound regarding the assassination. My only regret is that while he presents the facts that clearly spell conspiracy, he doesn't come to a conclusion about who he suspects or knows is guilty of the actual murder. The book is explosive. I couldn't put it down. This and the book The Secret War Against the Jews are musts for people who want to really know all news fit to print and not what the powers that be want us to see. I'm ordering Barry's other books immediately. You should too. These are musts !!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Insult to the Intelligence, February 12, 2006
This review is from: Who Murdered Yitzhak Rabin? 2nd Ed. (Paperback)
Chamish's "book" is a long rant based on random thoughts being linked together in an irrational and meaningless manner. The entire book does not contain a single factually correct sentence. Chamish is a mentally ill conspiracy nut with intimate ties to nazis and Holocaust Deniers, and a long record of "invetsigating" abductions by UFOs and space aliens. He belongs in an asylum and not on your book shelf!

4.0 out of 5 stars If it's true- We're in trouble!, March 9, 2000

Barry Chamish's book will definently shock you. No matter what your own political views are, the facts brought in his book arise many questions. Personally, I disagree with his conclusion, and think he might be just a bit paranoid. But that does not mean he is totaly wrong. There are solid facts in his book that only a blind man or one who wishes to ignore the truth would over-look. Read the book with an open mind. You might find it distrbing- and so you should! As the x-files would say:"The Truth is Out There..:" Enjoy

The facts presented by Chamish are overwhelming. It becomes quite clear that the truth about Rabin's assassination has been twisted into fiction for digestion by the masses. Kudos to Chamish for this brave piece of work!

5.0 out of 5 stars excellent book - a must to read!, March 30, 2000
By

I actually read the Russian translation of this book (as I was unable to get hold of the English edition), which was amended after the English version got out. And the final chain of facts and events looks very convincing. It is obvious that in Israel they simply don't want to see the truth - there are TOO MANY facts in this book which scream that Rabin was not killed by Igal Amir, but by somebody else. In the Ben Gurion airport they (security agents) usually subject you to a (possible) humiliating search and questioning during departure, so one wonders - why don't they stop chasing shadows in the airport and look behind and do something about this murder!

5.0 out of 5 stars An amazing document of true investigative journalism, January 2, 1999
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and can appreciate the trouble and danger that the author and his sources are subject to. I highly recommend reading this book, learn for yourself about the corruption in Israel that spreads like a cancer through the entire political spectrum, and even infects the so-called "jewish" organisations that influence jewish opinions in America, all for the benefit of israeli politicians - at the expence of the people.

An eye opener for the un-initiated, Barry Chamish has uncovered a nasty secret, and is constantly rattling the skeletons in the closets of Israeli movers and shakers.

He is on par with other great reporters who exposed israeli corruption, such as Uri Avneri and Ben Hecht.
