My three year old grandson likes this book so much! He enjoys the repitition and rhythm of the verse, "Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?" etc.etc.

The thing I like is that each page has a lift up cookie jar with pop-up beneath it. It's easy for chubby little fingers to lift the piece without damaging the book.

excelent pictures and a good flow. This is a great read-aloud book for babies and children of all ages.

As a preschool teacher, my students have enjoyed this book for years. In the classroom, I would first read the book to them, and as a lesson plan, we would frost,and decorate cookies, of course the finish project was always a joy to eat. I would recommend this book to other teachers, to use as a lesson plan in their classrooms.

I bought this book for my 18 month old son. He is almost 3. He still loves the book and it grows with him. Now we can not just name the cookie but the animals and other things. But don't let your little one play with the book by theirselves as the parts can be torn off.
