I have terrible constipation because of the kind of medication i've been on for three and a half years. I've tried everything from A-Z and nothing worked. I would have to take laxatives just to be able to go and all that did was give me diarrhea. This is my third day of the two week program and i've already been regular the past two days. Unless you've been through the not being regular thing, you have no ideal what it's like. All i can say is Praise The Lord for this product!!!
