Well, written and very nice recipes. I am not a big fan of dark meat but this has help me save money and now cook full size chicken at times. I always bought just breast meat but as of reading and trying this recipe book I'm sold on saving money and showing me that you can use the whole chicken in one way or another.

We raise our own roasting chickens on our small farm so I am forever in search of new ways to prepare them. This free kindle download is a great resource! The recipes are simple and contain ingredients that are readily available, which is something I really appreciate when so many gourmet cookbooks contain ingredient lists that are completely unattainable in our part of the country.

I highly recommend the roast chicken and potatoes recipe, as it has been one of our whole chicken standbys for a while. I'm looking forward to incorporating more of these recipes into our dinner menu in the near future.

Author Nossie Devies has compiled a good selection of chicken recipes in her cookbook Whole Chicken Recipes With These 36 Fast and Easy Chicken Cookbook. Devies has included numerous color images throughout her cookbook illustrating the recipes. You wil also find an interactive table of contents making navigation easy.

Some of the recipes you will find in her cookbook include:

Recommend.

I rarely cook a whole chicken, but individual game hens are quite nice for one person. (and any other small fowl, if you are a hunter). Some ingredient amounts may need to be scaled back (or cook 2 game hens), and temperature needs to be adjusted, but all in all, a very versatile book with more ideas, no matter what kind of bird. Would probably work with turkey, but I'm not that ambitious. LOL

I've never been one to use cookbooks but it never hurts to learn anew way to do an old favorite. Thanks Amazon for offering many cookbooks free (that makes it even better).

There were a few new recipes in this book but most of them I had already seen. However, you get what you pay for and I paid zip, zilch, nothing. Glad it was free because if I had paid "real money" for this, I would have been angry with myself.
