If you're like I was (up until reading this book), taking 10 different supplements a day or more, thinking you're doing your body favors, you need to read this book. Completely changed my paradigm! I have started juicing and eating more raw fruits and vegetables and have nixed the synthetic, fractionated store-bought vitamin concoctions, in favor of the whole, natural, balanced nutrition provided by NATURE. Well-researched with many scientific studies are mentioned showing the superiority of the factors provided by nature over those created by man.

I was expecting some guidance on how to improve my diet. It contains too much on the writer's gripes about every supplement you could possibly take. There seemed to be no balance in the way it was written. It is written in very technical language also. Didn't feel encouraged enough to read it cover to cover.
