This is a great book. After checking it out from my library repeatedly, I decided I could definitely justify buying the book. It is broken down into chapters on each type of grain, with everything you need to know in order to grow and process your own whole grains. The book also includes 50 recipes. It is an easy read and the pictures are also very informative.
