3.0 out of 5 stars Pavilion Press Edition Not Proofread, July 31, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Whole History of Grandfather's Chair (Paperback)
Hawthorne's tales are absolutely wonderful, but I would not be able to recommend this particular edition because it is so full of typographical errors that it appears not to have been proofread at all. There are random periods, a parenthesis where a letter should be, and frequent misspellings, which mar this wonderful reading experience.
