I got my "Whole wheat bread flour" today and eagerly opened it. First of all, judging by the size of the package, it should NOT have cost as much as it did to ship. That was a scam to get more money. Secondly, I can CLEARLY see that the "whole wheat bread flour" label was slapped over the "whole wheat flour" label. There is a DIFFERENCE between whole wheat flour and whole wheat bread flour. Whole wheat bread flour has more gluten in it, which allows bread to rise and be soft/fluffy, have a chewier texture, etc. You cannot bake 100% whole wheat bread with plain whole wheat flour. You have to use the whole wheat bread flour. So, even though all THREE packages had the labels covered, I thought maybe it was a packaging mistake and went ahead just to bake a single loaf and see if it genuinely was accidentally mislabeled. I baked a loaf of bread and it rose all of an inch and had the texture of a brick. I bake bread weekly, more than weekly. I know how it should look when I used whole wheat bread flour. THIS WAS NOT WHOLE Shady, shady company selling poor products. Shame on you!
