5.0 out of 5 stars the Archers Manual: well done May 30, 2012

First class book for all Archer fans who have been listening to the goings-on in Ambridge for the last sixty years or so. My father claims to have listened to the first ever broadcast. I now have this book handy on my computer as I listen online. As a writer myself, I have to say that the number of characters is a little daunting. There are of course natural reasons why any group of a dozen people in 1950 (or so) would increase in size over sixty years. But the book is good and now I know who everybody is every night; no more struggling with those huge family trees that fit on no computer screen known to humankind. First class job, Graham. Many thanks, Mark.
