A Timely Book!,

Who would've thought, back then, that women would be running for President and Vice President just a few decades after this book was written? I read this delightful story in the 1970s and yearn to read it again, but now its prices are sky high, due to its rarety. I'd say it's a good time for the publisher to re-release it, don't you?

I agree that it was a fun book, but I also suspect that I would not enjoy it as much now, as I did then, but would find it dated.But I also crawl around looking for a copy so that I have the opportunity to read it reflectively. <g> |
