When Jamie first described the Spit Dog concept to me, I immediately related it to how I felt when I worked in corporate America. I was helping a big, powerful company that didn't care about me as a person or see me as a valuable employee, become even bigger and more powerful. I had no opportunity for advancement and was making crumbs in comparison to the salaries of the upper management. The more the company grew, the less it cared about those who were in the prairie dog cubicles.SPIT DOG, WHOSE RUMP ARE YOU ROASTING? is a great read with some practical information to help you get off the wheel that's taking you no where--without breaking your neck in the process! |
