5.0 out of 5 stars Bright and colorful!, January 28, 2005
This review is from: Whose Toes are Those? (Paperback)
I ordered this book for my 2 year old son and he loves it! The words are fun to say and the colorful pictures on each page keep his attention. I also gave a copy to my 5 year old niece who also loves it! She is learning how to read and can read this book by herself. She loved the book so much she took it to school and read it aloud to her class. This book is perfect for babies, toddlers and kids learning to read. It is funny and interactive; buy it today for hours of family fun!

5.0 out of 5 stars The proof is in the kids' enjoyment of this book!, January 8, 2007
This review is from: Whose Toes are Those? (Paperback)
Yesterday my five-year-old granddaughter read this book to me (with her six-year-old sister's help on the words she got stuck on). What a delight! What a thrill! First, that they're both reading and reading well, and second, that they had such a good time with Roseann Tracy's book. They noticed right away that each page has someone wearing an article of clothing with an I (heart) Baby message on it!

Whose Toes are Those is about toes, yes, but it's also about family love. As Baby spends time with each family member, the bond between them grows along with Baby's knowledge about the different toes in her family. Rachel Mindrup's illustrations are well done and add much to the enjoyment of a youngster reading the book and pointing out various elements in each picture that amuse her.

I've had this book for a couple years waiting for this moment. Rather than read it to them, I wanted to wait until they could read it to me. Thanks Roseann and Rachel for an entertaining and educational book for chilren.

Carolyn Rowe Hill.
