Buyer Beware,

This is one of the finest books of Christmas stories -- if not THE finest -- I've ever seen. I read it over and over again as a child and wanted to get it to keep in my permanent collection.
I have now ordered it TWICE from Amazon third-party sellers, and on both occasions I did not get the book I ordered. I ordered "'Why the Chimes Rang' AND OTHER STORIES," but on both occasions I got only the one story. Even the book pictured above on this page is only for the one story -- not for the whole collection. If you're looking for the one story, feel free to order from any of the eBay sellers. But if you, like me, are looking for the entire collection, be sure to ask before you buy. |
