One of my favorite songs,

If I only had one song I could listen to, this would be it. There are a few other songs I think that about when I hear them, and at the time I think that's what I really think, but this time I really think it's what I really think. In the last few years, which for me is anything after 1990, or seems like it was after 1990, Santana has come out with some really dynamite music that's different from the really dynamite music he played before. I don't know if it's better - I'd have to hear them the other way around and that seems unlikely. Anyhow, I recommend all versions of this Song by Santana, but this is my favorite. There are hundreds of videos like the one I posted here on my site 'Quest For Endorphins', which is about being fit when you're old and having it be fun. Everything is free, I'm just trying to promote myself and the principles of 'Energy Focused Exercise' and JumpRock so I can promote them on a larger scale someday.
