Review
The book is the result of all the blank sections in the 1999 DOT National Standard Curriculum, as it was developed, that were titled "enrichment" and were the material intended to explain the "whys" behind the then-trendy cookbook approach. Elling, Elling, and Rothenberg set out to fill in those blanks with all the missing core information and ended up with an amazing compilation of material.
